**Job Summary**

Osborne Richardson is seeking an experienced Licensing Enforcement Officer to join our team. As an Enforcement Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing licence applications, overseeing complex cases, and presenting at licensing committee hearings.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Review licence applications under the Licensing Act 2003, Gambling Act 2005, and other relevant legislation.
  • Oversee complex cases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Present at licensing committee hearings, providing expert testimony.
  • Assist in preparing policy and procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in an enforcement or investigative environment, particularly in licensing or related areas.
  • Experience of investigative processes, including interviewing under caution.
  • Ability to prepare case reports and attend Court proceedings.
