In this pivotal role, you will drive the success of high-stakes projects, oversee the project pipeline, and ensure the delivery of superior solutions to prestigious clients.

Responsibilities:

As the Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager, you will:

* Develop and sustain project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business strategies.
* Lead or mentor project teams throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through to delivery.
* Enhance team capabilities through cross-training and promoting collaborative practices.
* Engage closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert strategic guidance on Salesforce solutions.
* Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks proactively.
* Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, driving efficiency and fostering innovation within the team.

Skills:

The ideal Senior Salesforce Delivery Manager will possess:

* Proven expertise in leading project teams from initiation through to successful delivery.
* Extensive project management experience.

Experience Requirements

* Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Delivery Manager, preferably in a high-impact consulting environment, ideally with a Salesforce partner.
