Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Property Manager to join our team at Randstad Delivery. As a Senior Property Manager, you will play a key role in managing a property portfolio in and around the West London area, ensuring that customers receive excellent customer support and value for money.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of properties in accordance with regulations, ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies.
  2. Client Relations: Deal with client enquiries, both via phone and email, and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
  3. Site Visits and Meetings: Attend client meetings and regular site visits to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet customer expectations.
  4. Contractor Management: Oversee contractors' performance and address any maintenance issues that may arise.
  5. Budgeting and Administration: Prepare and monitor budgets for buildings, ensuring that financial resources are allocated effectively.
  6. Building Administration: Oversee building administration, including compliance with regulations and company policies.
  7. Team Support: Support management with training and developing junior staff members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
