Position Statement:

Hilton is looking for Sales Support to support the administrative and reporting efforts and processes of multiple Hilton Worldwide Sales teams including IBT, MICE, ASO, BEAC, Leisure, Luxury and Sports.

The Sales Support role will sit within the centralized Sales Support team and will provide administration support for the relevant HWS Account Managers and Directors across Europe, UK&I.

Position Summary:

The Sales Support role is administrative support predominantly for the relevant HWS Account Managers and Directors across Europe, UK&I, however may also include other members of the HWS EMEA team.

The specialist will be responsible to provide administrative tasks that will include the extraction and maintenance of data/ reporting, creation of customer & internal presentations, inbox management, travel and expenses, maintenance of IBT account information in Salesforce, RFP processing, adhoc event support and any other reasonable admin support request; as well as liaising with clients both internal and external (if required).

Qualifications:

• University degree/ Diploma or experience in lieu thereof

• Significant work experience in administrative roles requiring a high level of organization

• Advance knowledge of MS office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)

• Intermediate knowledge of SalesForce desirable.

• Basic knowledge of MicroStrategy (MSTR)or similar reporting/data source tools such as Power Bi, Tableau etc.

• Experience working in multi-cultural or international settings

• Fluency in English
