The role

The Interim Assistant Billing Manager will be responsible for Managing and supporting a small team.

* Picking up larger finance queries

* Prepare and provide invoicing forthe larger consolidated account clients

* Ensuring all consolidated accounts are checked and correct before being issued to clients

* Ensure all team deadlines are met

* Monthly Internal ledger reconciliations

* Providing weekly/monthly manual credit and invoice reports to management

* Maintaining KPI reports

* Raising manual and system-driven invoices and credits

* Validating and approving credit note requests in line with the business policy

* Data input and ensuring manual records and logs are kept up to date

Profile:

* Minimum of 3 years within a billing environment.

* Experience of managing a small team.

* ERP and finance application systems experience.

* Strong user of the Microsoft Office range, PowerPoint, Word & Excel.

* Good communication skills with confidence and experience to work at the management level

On offer:

Day rate equivalent on £35,000 to £45,000

Hybrid working pattern

Ongoing contract
