You will structure, facilitate and oversee planning and performance management activities within the Commercial function. They will identify and optimise growth opportunities and revenue streams, while leveraging broad insight to inform commercial strategy and decision making. The role requires collaboration with the Commercial senior management team and working in close alignment with other departments including Commercial Finance, responsible for Group-wide financial planning, analysis and decision making, and Data teams.Key responsibilities Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including within commercial, finance and data, to define and provide holistic data insight requirements, aligned to business objectives and planning processes to deliver informed and accurate commercial forecasting and decision-making.Establish and oversee a robust planning and performance management framework for the commercial function, tracking and evaluating key performance indicators related to revenue generation, pricing strategies, customer acquisition and retention, competitor benchmarking, ensuring appropriate information, insight and cadence for decision making.   • Strong track record in driving and delivering high-growth commercial outcomes through insight, planning, performance management and data driven decision making within the property industry
Committed to staying updated with emerging commercial management trends, technologies and analytics best practices to drive growth, continuous improvement and innovation.Likely to hold a degree or certification in business administration, data analytics, business intelligence or related field.Experience collaborating closely with senior stakeholders across functions.
