We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Property Manager to join our team at Brackenberry Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, including identifying opportunities to maximize income generation and ensuring that rental targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize the performance of the commercial property portfolio, including the identification and disposal of surplus or underperforming assets.
  • Negotiate leases and rent reviews for retail, commercial, and industrial properties, ensuring that the Council's interests are protected.
  • Manage residential, retail, commercial, and industrial land and property, including district and local retail centers.
  • Monitor planning applications to identify those that impact on or affect the Council's land and property.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience in estate management.
  • Significant experience in estate/property management, with a focus on agreements for use of property and property contract-related issues.
  • Leadership knowledge and experience in managing change and implementing new ideas.

  • The successful candidate must be available to start immediately or at short notice.
  • The candidate must have the right to work in the UK.
