We are currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our client's growing team on a temp to perm basis. This role is located in Stone, Staffordshire. Our client is a rapidly growing into one of the UK's leading manufacturers in their chosen industry.

Office Administrator key job details:

  • Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am to 1pm. 34.5hrs per week.
  • Salary: 12.26ph
  • Weekly pay

Office Administrator responsibilities:

  • Processing business to business customer orders from order through to despatch
  • Booking transportation and completing export documentation
  • Preparing post for collection
  • Taking payments from customers
  • Other administration & reception duties, taking telephone calls and meeting/greeting customers
  • Liaising with customer by phone and email
  • Making outbound calls to existing customers (this will be under the guidance of the sales team, the calls will not be cold calling as they're previous customers of the business)

Office Administrator person specification:

  • Experience in an Office Administration or Account Manager role is ideal.
  • Good administration skills are required
  • You need to hold a confident telephone manner
  • Computer literate, on Excel in particular
  • Experience of dealing with export or despatch paperwork is ideal
  • Previously used an Accounting software (raising sales orders and progressing to invoice)
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to business customers
