They are now recruiting for a Commercial Administrator to join their business.

Duties and responsibilities to include:

  • Communicating with the external works lead
  • To obtain quotes for materials and placing orders.
  • To assist in scheduling the labour in our online system - This will be done in conjunction with the operations manager, project managers and FM co-ordinators.
  • Pulling together hand written inspection sheets and turning them into reports on our system.
  • Working with the QS team.
  • Following up on tender returns issued by the QS / Estimator team.
  • Pulling together information in conjunction with the team.
  • Raising and issuing of Purchase Orders.
  • Maintaining the PO register for the projects
  • Other general admin functions.
