Responsibilities:


Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally, providing accurate quotes and product information.
Proactively seek out new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team to maximise sales potential.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Actively monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for business growth.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and best practises.


Requirements:


Proven experience in an internal sales or customer service role within the manufacturing industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy in quotes and order processing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to achieve targets.
Full-time availability, with flexibility to meet customer demands.
