**Role Description**

This full-time on-site Sales Assistant role is located in Stanley Green Trading Estate, Cheadle Hulme, Stockport. As a Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building relationships with clients, managing inventory, processing sales transactions and maintaining the appearance of the shop/warehouse to ensure a positive experience for our clients.

**Qualifications**
- Prior sales experience within the plumbing industry is required
- Positive attitude & using your own initiative is crucial
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience with inventory management, point of sale systems, and computer proficiency
- General upkeep of the shop & warehouse
- Putting stock away
- Picking orders
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new products or procedures
