We pride ourselves on our common-sense approach to lending and offer a range of mortgage and secured loan products to individuals and businesses who are typically underserved by mainstream lenders. As an **Internal Communications Executive**, you will work on a wide range of communication projects across the group and will be responsible for developing, shaping and delivering internal communications to inspire and engage colleagues across Together.
As an** Internal Communications Executive, **we are looking for someone to:
- Act as a cooperative point of contact for internal communication and engagement needs
- Develop, shape and deliver engaging communications that make a real difference to colleagues
- Produce engaging vlogs
- Produce an internal weekly newsletter to keep colleagues up-to-date and liaise with stakeholders and the design team to ensure deadlines are managed
- Engage colleagues to take part in the recognition programme
- Inspire colleagues to ‘play their part’ through engaging events such as Long Service, Exec Breakfasts, Group Town Halls
- Contribute to, and maintain an editorial calendar to plan upcoming campaigns
- Own the Intranet keeping it maintained, updated and current in its content
- Through measurement, feedback and analysis, continuously improve and enhance the reputation, experience, function and capacity of internal communications
**Qualifications** Essential**
- Experience in a communication role
- The ability to be creative in a commercial environment
- Experience supporting web and social media platforms
- Excellent experience of establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across a business
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
**Desirable**
- Strong digital creative skills - basic design skills
- Experience of editing suites
- Event planning experience
- Marketing campaign planning
