**About the Role**

In this role you will lead our corporate internal communications strategy to make a real cultural difference.

You will be the “figurehead” for internal communications in our business, setting objectives and KPIs to drive engagement with and understanding of the company strategy.t to

Based within the communications team, you will also be collaborating closely with the wider marketing department and HR function to deliver tactical solutions which achieve our internal communications goals.

You will provide best practice guidance and collect feedback from senior management in both corporate and site-based operations roles, to ensure internal communications resonate across our diverse employee base.
- Duties include:_
- Creating, delivering, and measuring our internal communications strategy.
- Spearheading internal events (such as the management conference, and employee awards event).
- Delivering our regular employee newsletter and monthly briefings.
- Providing guidance and collecting feedback on internal communications from senior management.
- Work with our in-house creative (graphic designer and photographer).
- Proofreading and editing copy.
- Employer branding

**Hours of Work: Monday to Friday. 9am to 5pm**

**About You**

You’ll be an experienced communications professional, who has planned and delivered internal communication activities in a corporate environment before.

You will be an excellent copywriter and proof-reader, leveraging your eye for detail and your creativity to create engaging and effective copy.

A natural relationship builder, you will have experience building trust with senior stakeholders and keeping momentum with project deadlines.

You will have experience creating engaging events programs and using your organisational skills to achieve deadlines.

You will also have:

- A proactive and ‘can do’ attitude
- Excellent communication (both written and verbal)
- A confident and personable nature.
- A desire to learn and ability to adapt to change
- Experience of working with marketing agencies (desirable not essential).
