Being a growing organisation in the Building & Manufacturing sector, they are seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team and help contribute to their financial operations.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely processing of financial transactions and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and reconcile accounts.
- Process payments to external partners.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and receipts.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with budget management.
Experience:
- Previous experience as an Accounts Administrator.
- Proficiency in using Sage accounting software.
