Accounts Administrator

Our leading Property Management company, Randstad Delivery, is seeking a professional and motivated Client Accounts Administrator to work from our office.
Working as part of an established and successful team, you will play a key role in processing inbound funds and providing clients and 3rd parties with excellent customer service and query resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Processing payments
• Manual bank transfers
• Posting of Direct Payments and transfers
• Processing DD & STO mandates
• Answering queries
• Responding to written correspondence and emails
• Dealing with email queries & finance queries inbox
• Providing excellent customer service
• Raising demands/Refunds
• Credit allocations
• Investigating queries and discrepancies
• Checking Direct Debit debt reports
Requirements:
• Accounts related experience would be beneficial
• A high level of attention to detail and numerical accuracy required
• Well-developed interpersonal and oral communications skills
• Good customer services skills and professional
• Keen to learn and progress
