  • Data Entry and Record-Keeping: Accurately enter invoices, bank transactions, and journals into the accounting system, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Aged Creditor Management: Prepare and process payments to suppliers, reviewing and reconciling supplier ledgers.
  • Finance Team Support: Provide administrative support to the finance team, including preparing financial data for the finance director.
  • General Accounts Duties: Perform other necessary accounts duties as required by the finance team.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
