Position: Complaints Handler - Telephone Based
Salary: 23,000 + Sweet Annual Bonus
Location: Hybrid (Nottingham area - Remote role after training)
Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours/week)
Shift: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 - 18:00
Training: Kickstart with our 5-week induction, Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:30
