We seek to appoint an Assistant SENCO on a permanent basis to join team at Graham School, working 37 hours per week on a term time only basis.

Working as part of the pastoral team, this role will support effective liaison and communication between the SEN team, pastoral team, outside agencies and the teaching staff by working together to plan for the effective support of students. The Postholder will support student progress by removing barriers to learning, working under the direction of the SENCO to provide support using bespoke intervention strategies for small groups of students and occasionally provide in lesson support.

Hours of Work: 37 Hours per Week, Term Time Only

Travel Required: Occasional
