As our new Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for the accounts payable process in the UK and Ireland, ensuring accurate and timely processing of supplier invoices.
The team will rely on you to run the accounts payable process, and you will be liaising with stakeholders across multiple offices, and a variety of external suppliers, clients, contractors etc.
Preparing and processing weekly and monthly payment runs.
This is an administrative position that will give you ownership of the whole accounts payable process for the UK and Ireland. Experience in a similar position, independently processing invoices from reception to payment.
Agility with Microsoft Excel, and a finance software.
