**Who are Enhance Social Care?**

Enhance Social Care is a new and progressive organisation whose goal is to tackle National issues for young people with Autism at a local level. We do this by providing care to young adults in both a 24 hour setting as well as in the local community with the aim of improving the lives and outcomes of the people we support.

**Requirements of the role**
- Be well organised and able to manage their time efficiently and effectively
- Have a good attention to detail and a passion for ensuring that high standards are met
- Show good numeracy skills to perform financial administration
- Be a quick learner who can quickly take in and retain information
- Be able to multitask and switch between roles quickly
- Available to work at least per week at the office or at one of our service locations

**Job description**

The role of the administrator is multifaceted, containing a number of roles and responsibilities. A big part of your role will be working as part of the finance and payroll team, however you will also be working closely with the care team providing them with administrative support that allows them to provide the best quality of care.

Your role includes:

- Auditing service expenditure and receipts
- Contributing towards management accounts and cash flow projections
- Auditing forms logs and recording completed by the care team
- Bank Reconciliation through our accounting software
- Providing administrative support to the care team and assisting them with digital systems
- Assisting with the completion of payroll

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.50-£13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 25 per week
