**Job Summary**:
As a Rent Administrator at LIVINGWAY, you will be instrumental in directing rent-related undertakings across our property range. You will be entrusted with handling rent payments, settling accounts, addressing tenant inquiries, and ensuring that all leasing agreements are honoured. This position is tailored for someone with a sharp financial perspective and an unwavering commitment to service excellence for our tenants and property stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Spearhead the rent collection processes, ensuring punctual and precise payment from all tenants.

Methodically maintain and update tenant accounts and records, capturing every detail from rent payments to security deposits.

Harmonise tenant accounts for accuracy, ensuring that they align with lease agreements.

Serve as the go-to person for tenant inquiries pertaining to rent, payments, and account standings.

Keep a close watch on late payments, enforcing payment pland as dictated by company policies and leasing contracts.

Scrutinise tenant activities to ensure they are in line with lease agreements, addressing discrepancies immediately.

Conceive and evaluate rent-centric reports, offering actionable insights to the managerial team.

Uphold a systematic archive of all tenant communications and rent-associated documents.

**Qualifications**:

- Administration, Accounting, or its equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in rent administration.
- Acute financial discernment paired with an analytical mind.
- Stellar communication skills matched with commendable customer service abilities
- An ethical approach to handling confidential financial information.
