Job Description:

Due to substantial sustained commercial success, a highly organised multi-tasker with an understanding of the sales lifecycle, is required to provide a broad ranging, client-focused sales support and coordination service for a fast-growing, highly regarded provider of communication solutions, serving the SME, Enterprise, and Corporate marketplace.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing a day-to-day co-ordination and administration service
  • Setting up client accounts
  • Setting up support cases online for billing queries
  • Preparing sales order forms and sending to client on DocuSign
  • Calling existing clients to upgrade products and services by phone and email

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a Sales Administration or Sales Support role, ideally within the Telecoms sector
  • Technically competent, particularly with MS Office suite
  • Excellent written and spoken English
