General Administrator, start ASAP, office-based, Mon to Fri, 9-4pm £13.50 p/h, Presteigne Your new company A large construction company based in the Presteigne area. Your new role Working as a general administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office. This will include using Teams, Word, Outlook and Excel on a daily basis. You'll be providing administrative support to the wider project teams, so duties will include answering calls into the office, dealing with and responding to any email queries, scanning and filling of documentation including technical drawings, meeting and greeting all visitors to the site, liaising with internal stakeholders with regards to project deadlines, and any other ad-hoc duties that may arise. What you'll need to succeed You'll be comfortable undertaking administrative work, be organising and have a can-do attitude. You'll be a team player, be professional at all times and be comfortable sailing with people at all levels. You'll have good IT skills and be confident in your use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook. What you'll get in return This is a temporary role to start ASAP. The duration of the role is anticipated to last until 14th February 2025. This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday with hours of work Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, 30 minutes for lunch break.
