Senior National Account Manager - Waitrose
Hybrid working - London
Alexander Steele are delighted to be in partnership with a fast growing B-Corp Food Business. The group supply major retailers with premium branded. They currently have a vacancy for a Senior National Account Manager position, with a specific focus on Waitrose.

Account Management
Foster and maintain strong partnerships with major national retail accounts.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of account strategies.
Utilise sales performance data to identify opportunities and address challenges effectively.

Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Identify areas for growth within existing accounts and explore new business prospects.
Negotiation and Contract Management
Conduct negotiations to secure favourable terms and agreements with key accounts.
Oversee contract renewals, pricing discussions, and promotional activities.

Generate accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on performance against targets.
Provide training and support to the sales team as needed.


Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a National Account Manager in the FMCG industry.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales objectives.
This role requires 3 days per week in a central London Office.
