Account Director - Central Government Up to £85,000 base + Minimum Double OTE
Remote / Flex Working
Reporting to the Head of Government, the successful candidate will be an experienced senior account management professional capable of shaping strategy, executing renewal plans, and upselling our portfolio into the NHS and Private Healthcare organisations, all while addressing sector challenges and driving our significant growth ambitions.
We have an exciting opportunity for an Account Director to take on responsibility for driving growth by demonstrating industry, systems, and trend knowledge. You will be responsible for planning and executing enterprise sales strategy and driving business growth within an existing account base.
Key responsibilities include promoting integrated cross-selling of our growing service capabilities, such as Records and Information Management (RIM), Scanning & Digital Solutions, Information Governance, and IT Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM).
To be considered, you will have significant direct solution sales experience in business process outsourcing, digital transformation, data services, archiving, or a similar offering. A strong background and proven experience in enterprise-level consultative selling, sales processes, and outcome-focused strategies.
Have an in depth knowledge of the sales process within the Government / Public Sector
Strong interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
A remote working / flexible approach
