MacGregor Black are partnering with a Drinks Manufacturing business, on the search for a Regional HRBP. This is a permanent role based in London.

Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy across the assigned region that aligns with both regional and global business objectives, driving organizational performance.
Champion a regional culture that reflects the company’s values, promotes diversity and inclusion, and fosters a high-performance environment.
Oversee the entire talent management lifecycle within the region, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
Implement initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent within the region, ensuring alignment with the global talent strategy.
Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback mechanisms within the region to assess and improve the workplace environment, reporting findings to the global HR team.
Identify and address regional organizational development needs, providing solutions that support business growth and evolution within the local market context.
Implement effective change management practices across the region to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruption.
Facilitate regional team-building activities and events to promote collaboration and a strong sense of community across different locations.
Oversee HR operations within the region, including HR administration, payroll, benefits, and compliance with all relevant local employment laws and regulations.
Ensure the development and implementation of regional HR policies and procedures that support a fair and equitable work environment, in alignment with global policies.
Manage the regional HR budget and ensure cost-effective HR practices.
Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs within the region to attract and retain talent.
Oversee the regional performance management and reward processes to drive a culture of high performance.
Develop and implement programs within the region that promote equity and address barriers to inclusion.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven HR experience (5+ years) in a regional or multi-site role, ideally within the FMCG sector.
Demonstrated experience with HR metrics and HRIS systems.
Strong business acumen and understanding of the FMCG industry.
Willingness to travel within the region as required
