We are partnering with our client to recruit an HR Advisor to join their team in Bristol. This 12-month fixed-term contract offers the chance to make a significant impact within their HR Business Partner team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide expert advice on employee life cycles, policies, procedures, and employment law to managers.
  2. Support employee relations cases, attending meetings, and advising on performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances, absence management, and flexible working.
  3. Liaise with occupational health providers to implement recommendations and advise on family-friendly policies and Wellbeing reviews.
  4. Update and analyse the Employee Relations Tracker to identify trends and escalate high-risk cases as needed.
  5. Advise managers on employment terms, conditions, secondments, promotions, and more.
  6. Manage the implementation of reasonable adjustments through the Firm's enabled employees' scheme.
  7. Oversee TUPE process implementation across the firm.
  8. Assist Senior HR Business Partners with annual processes, including performance grading, promotions, and salary reviews.
  9. Conduct data analysis related to exit interviews, leavers, sickness, and performance grading, and compile the monthly HR Dashboard.

Experience/Knowledge Required

  1. Proven experience in an HR advisory role with a strong understanding of HR practices.
  2. Excellent communication, attention to detail, planning, and organisational skills.
  3. Proficiency in IT, including Excel, Microsoft Word, and other Office packages; experience with iTrent (HR software) is a plus.
