As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and promoting the company's brand. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you will lead the sales and marketing strategy, working closely with internal teams and key stakeholders. Develop and implement sales strategies in line with business goals, including budgeting and ROI analysis.
Communicate marketing and sales objectives effectively through meetings and reports.
Identify and negotiate third-party opportunities to maximize sales and marketing impact.
Nurture relationships with key accounts, anticipating needs and fostering growth.
Mentor team members through training and performance evaluations.
Uphold and promote the company's brand across all interactions.
Ensure third-party performance meets company standards.
Strong commercial acumen and goal-oriented mindset.
Ability to forecast sales growth and leverage data for decision-making.
Proficient in project management with a focus on deliverables.
Valid UK driving license.
