Develop the Watmos Asset Management Strategy, Net Zero Carbon Strategy ensuring full regulatory compliance with Decent Homes and Net Zero Carbon targets
Work collaboratively with the senior management team, model leadership behaviours and values that drive positive cultural change
Procurement, of repairs and maintenance, voids and cyclical maintenance
Ensure the effective procurement and delivery of capital investment works with strong project management and budget, cashflow management
Strong contract management to ensure contract specifications and performance standards are delivered, ensuring regular contractor meetings are conducted and documented with performance reports.
