A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Manager to join an established and successful school tour operator. This is a Monday-Friday role and can be remote or hybrid with a salary of up to £50,000 plus commission.
Business Development Manager responsibilities:

Identifying new product, audience and territory opportunities to increase the range of trips that schools book
Develop scalable plans and oversee their delivery to agreed targets
Provide commercial support for other business cases as required
Grow sales from British International schools
Other projects as required
Report on KPI's

Business Development Manager skills:

Experience of working in a commercial, sales or business development role in the travel sector for a minimum of 7 years.
Have a good understanding of the market and identify growth opportunities
Must be an effective communicator, have strong inter-personal skills and be a good team player
Strong attention to detail, planning, problem solving and organisational skills
Must have a high level of written and spoken English
