Are you a trainer with experience delivering to Management teams?

Have you always wanted to look after an international remit?

Macildowie HR are working with a Global organisation to source a European Learning & Development Trainer to join their growing L&D team. This is a brand new role into the L&D structure, reporting into the Talent & Development Manager and leading on the deliveryof a variety of programmes to Management and Leadership across Europe.

The role is very 'hands on' and will be 80% operational delivery of programmes with Senior Managers in various teams across the business.

You will be part of a small European L&D team and you will work closely together to maintain a good working culture in the division and share best practice. On top of this, you develop e-learning modules, tailored to the key trends that regularly appearin your training needs analysis. You will manage and maintain the LMS for your business unit, ensuring all staff are compliant and up to date on key training courses.

So, what do you need to be successful in securing this position?
- Experience in delivering management and leadership training programmes
- Experience in blended learning programmes, including e-learning, face to face and remote learning
- Ability to work from home 3-4 days per week
- Be happy to travel internationally
- International training experience is desirable but not essential
