My Client
The business is well established and has been rapidly expanding ever since inception. They now have 100+ finance professionals across 8+ regions in the UK, with a strategy to launch and build 2-3 new regions every year. Their purpose is to help SME business owners be more successful and lead better lives, and they do this by professionalising their finance function. In short, they enable their clients to access, and implement, accounting best practices and work with great finance people- all on a flexible, part time basis that suits them.

You’ll receive:

The role will involve:
· Creating new business prospects through your own B2B efforts and converting them
· Generating leads from introducers and partners that you source and develop in the region
· Build and develop brand presence within the region
· Developing trusted relationships with, and managing, your regional portfolio of clients to retain their business
· Leading a team of Financial Controllers and Finance Managers who will be providing services to clients
· Maintaining accurate records of all pricing, sales, prospects, and activity reports
· Achieving personal and team sales targets;
The experience you’ll need:
· Demonstrable history of successful lead generation and business development in SMEs (i.e. the ability to make things happen not wait for it to happen) in a consultative services environment (e.g. legal, accounting, tax, compliance)
· Experience of building introducer/partner networks to secure mutually beneficial introductions helpful
· Ability to communicate, connect, present, and influence credibly at all levels of an SME organisation
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· A natural ability to nurture and build relationships
· Organised, dependable, and entrepreneurial
· Open mindset and collaborative approach with a positive attitude
