Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities The Account Executive is responsible for the following core activities:
Managing the sales process from beginning to end. Actively sourcing leads, cold outreach, running product demos, following up, negotiating contracts and preparing detailed handovers to the Customer Success team.
Managing the sales process from beginning to end, need to work with the existing sales dev team to have discovery sessions or pre-qualified leads, but also source and find leads based on targeted areas, region, company size etc.
Work in collaboration with Customer Success teams to support and enhance ongoing Customer relationships using references, testimonials and case studies from the customer base.
Attend networking meetings, conferences, trade shows, exhibitions and customer events.
Support the sales and delivery teams in the onboarding of new Accounts.
Experience in working with key marketing tools, such as LinkedIn, Lusha, Loom or Video technology, for example, to help elevate the sales process.
Build a content-driven personal brand working with sales and marketing that is relative to the product.
Account management, account development and strategic account planning experience (Mid-Market/ Enterprise)
Highly customer focussed with a professional approach to service delivery.
Interest in business issues and motivated to add commercial value.
