Platinum Recruitment has partnered with an award winning Gastro Pub set just outside of Newbury. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Pastry Sous Chef to lead a fresh food kitchen and over see pastry and desserts

As a Pastry Sous Chef you will assist the Head Chef to select dishes which reflect the local area and help local suppliers. Prepare daily pastries, contribute to recipe development, and ensure quality.
Guide and train junior pastry chefs and kitchen assistants.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
Coordinate with other kitchen sections for smooth operation.
