  • Manage the pastry section, ensuring high-quality products and efficient production processes.
  • Develop and implement new dessert menus, taking into account seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and exceptional food quality.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry/Dessert Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong knowledge of pastry and dessert preparation, including baking, decorating, and presentation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
