We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our MOJ & Home Office Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke .
Location: Basingstoke – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required
Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00–18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break
As a Customer Service Advisor , you'll be working within the MOJ & Home Office Contract Administration team , supporting them in delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service to operational, engineering and office-based teams.
Monitoring inboxes, answering calls, capturing service requests and providing updates to customers and stakeholders
Liaising with engineers and subcontractors for attendance dates, RAMS, paperwork and progress updates
Reviewing and correcting work order details, ensuring accurate data entry, SLA compliance and timely closure
Providing administrative support to Contract Managers and contributing to performance improvements across the contract
This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:
You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner
You are IT confident, with good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and high attention to detail
You can build and maintain effective working relationships with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams
