Customer Training Support Advisor

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our PFI Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke.
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, shifts between 8am – 6pm
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be working within the PFI Contract Administration team, supporting them in delivering efficient and accurate support for reactive maintenance and service requests.
Communicating with internal and external customers to manage service requests via the CAFAM system
Coordinating engineers and subcontractors, including scheduling, paperwork, and compliance
Supporting Lifecycle and Variation Works, including quote handling and performance mitigation
This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if:
You have excellent telephone manner and strong verbal and written communication skills
You are IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
You have accurate data entry skills and great attention to detail
A Full Driving Licence is not required for this role.
