We're looking for a Call Handling Advisor to join our Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team based in Basingstoke.
Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working not available, this role is office based
Hours: 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 10am and 2pm
As a Call Handling Advisor, you'll be working within the Ministry of Justice and Home Office Contract Administration Team supporting operational and office-based colleagues in delivering efficient service delivery.
Communicating with internal and external customers for the capture, recording and distribution of service calls onto the CAFM system
Raising new work orders for Contract Managers
Monitoring the Ministry of Justice and Home Office inboxes
You have an excellent telephone manner with strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
You have proven IT literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel & Outlook
You have accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
