We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our MOJ & Home Office Contract Administration team based in Basingstoke . Location: Basingstoke – remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required Hours: Full time, Monday–Friday, shifts between 8:00–18:00 with a 1-hour lunch break We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role. What will you be responsible for? As a Customer Service Advisor , you'll be working within the MOJ & Home Office Contract Administration team , supporting them in delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service to operational, engineering and office-based teams. Your Day To Day Will Include Raising, allocating, scheduling and completing work orders for reactive works via the CAFAM system Monitoring inboxes, answering calls, capturing service requests and providing updates to customers and stakeholders Liaising with engineers and subcontractors for attendance dates, RAMS, paperwork and progress updates Reviewing and correcting work order details, ensuring accurate data entry, SLA compliance and timely closure Providing administrative support to Contract Managers and contributing to performance improvements across the contract What are we looking for? This role of Customer Service Advisor is great for you if: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an excellent telephone manner You are IT confident, with good MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook) and high attention to detail You can build and maintain effective working relationships with engineers, subcontractors and internal teams You can manage a fast-paced administrative workload, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy You are able to pass CTC Clearance, required for this role We're all about finding potential here at Kier, and transferrable skills are always welcome So, even if you don't tick every box, please apply and we can have a chat.
