Overview: I am partnered with a growing business who works with so many insane brands within the Beauty space. The passion for helping their brands grow is second to none. They work globally & offer the best services to their customers. The growth this company has seen is huge, there is so much exciting projects they are working on.

Responsibilities:

  • Researching and identifying new affiliate partners that would be relevant for each of the client programs; creating a recruitment strategy and monitoring their performance
  • Build, maintain & manage affiliate relationships with partners to the optimal standard – speaking regularly, showing the ability to negotiate added value and optimum exposure for all campaigns.
  • Suggest & implement new innovations in the channel to facilitate growth .
  • Provide ad hoc support for reporting across all their clients.
  • Provide ongoing support in validating affiliate transactions, and sharing data with the relevant team members/clients.

You are:

  • Ambitious to further their career and hungry to learn more.
  • Has a basic knowledge of different affiliate partners and how they operate and willing to learn more
  • Good with numbers and analytical, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
  • A grafter - no task is too big or small for you, you’ll get stuck in whatever you need to.

A people person, you love to network and can build strong relationships quickly and maintain them to a high standard.

  • Doesn’t live in a world of ‘good enough’, you live in a world where you can do better and is always looking for a way to get there.
  • Passionate about the beauty space & for working in affiliate and partnership marketing.
