Affiliate Marketing Executive

As Affiliate Executive you will report to, and work closely with the Affiliate Manager and other team members, along with colleagues from the wider marketing department across a range of campaigns and activities - working with traditional affiliate incentive partners, student partners, influencer networks and new initiatives to drive growth.

On the e-commerce side of things, we drive traffic to our online stores and generate sales through affiliate marketing, paid media, CRM and SEO. Everything goes towards achieving our mission to be a global fashion e-commerce leader.
**What you'll be doing**
- You will be responsible for the day-to-day running and optimisation of several affiliate programs.
- Measurement and reporting of the affiliate channel; monitoring results and analysing performance against key KPIs and ROI targets, to make suggestions for future optimisations.
- Responsible for organising and booking exposure across a range of verticals and activities based on data, past learnings, and making suggestions for future optimisations and improvements.
- Initiate ideas for activities across the different markets in line with the needs of the business.
- Manage the promo Affiliate schedule, working alongside trade teams to strategies on the best promotional offers based on business and profit performance.
- Pro-actively look to trial, activate, and retain new and existing opportunities with Affiliates for growth.
- Regular quality control checks and exposure auditing across affiliate partners - along with reviewing competitor/ market activity.
- Partnership vetting and managing the approvals of new partnerships onto our affiliate programmes.
- Opportunities to attend conferences across the country and world to expand knowledge of the industry and create/ maintain key relationships.
- Briefing of assets to design teams to share with affiliates to ensure creative and the brand image are up to date and relevant to time of year/ market
- Collaborate with teams from the affiliate network and/or Manage direct relationships with key affiliate partners & manage required level of service from affiliate network to ensure up to standard as per out agreement
- Communication of business trends, focuses & collaborations to affiliates to ensure maximum support, gathering record of exposure to report back to the business on campaign support delivered
- Wider partnership management & support where required across off-network partner types such as gift cards, refer-a-friend, buy now pay later media & ancillary revenue partners

- Experience with affiliate marketing, ideally within the fashion industry
- Knowledge of affiliate platforms, partners and programmes
- Good working knowledge of using analytics tools
- Strong communication skills
- Strong Excel and numerical skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical and implementation skills
