**Salary: Up to £35,000.00 per year**

**The Role**
We are looking for an Affiliates & Partnerships Manager (Full Time
- Hybrid Role) to generate new customer revenue via external Affiliates and Partnerships. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be part of an exciting digital growth team, working alongside managers from other channels. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and for ensuring that they are fully exploited, maximising growth, and hitting all KPIs.
This is an exciting role in a knowledgeable and supportive team, offering plenty of opportunity for personal development in a client-side environment.
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Full ownership of the partnerships team processes across all markets (UK, USA, Europe)
- Negotiate commercially beneficial campaigns and execute them effectively.
- Build affiliate marketing plans and forecasts.
- Communicate with new and existing affiliates regarding upcoming promotions and optimisation opportunities.
- Handle promotion tracking, monitoring, closing, and other related activities as needed.
- Embrace a test-and-learn approach to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the wider marketing team on creative strategy and user journey optimisations.
- Share insights and learnings with the rest of the business.
- Stay current with trends in affiliate marketing and identify new opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Strong commercial and negotiation acumen with ability to build relationships easily.
- Familiarity with other digital acquisition channels (e.g. PPC)
- 2+ years managing affiliate programmes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Highly numerate, with strong data analysis skills and experience with Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets
- Fluent in English.
- Driven and results-orientated.
**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
