Job Summary:

This role offers a dynamic environment where you'll support affiliate strategy, analyze data, and foster relationships to drive growth and innovation within the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage accounts to achieve agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  2. Collaborate with Senior Affiliate Managers and Country Managers on overall strategy for Myprotein
  3. Implement new initiatives and ensure new features/technology are tested
  4. Analyze affiliate and country performance data for Senior Leadership Team
  5. Utilize strategic insight for wider marketing teams
  6. Prepare and deliver reports on channel performance
  7. Make informed decisions based on performance data and implement changes
  8. Build strong professional relationships internally with marketing teams
  9. Work closely with AWIN representatives and maintain a strong working relationship
  10. Support senior management on strategic challenges

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English language
  2. In-depth knowledge of affiliate partners
  3. Proven track record in managing affiliates directly and leveraging affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN, Partnerize, Commission Junction)
  4. Strong negotiation skills, comfortable handling contracts
  5. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to achieving exceptional results
  6. Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work independently
  7. Excellent analytical skills with a solid understanding of numerical data
  8. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  9. Passion for affiliates, partnerships, and digital marketing innovation
  10. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently
  11. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  12. Familiarity with other digital marketing channels and their integration into overall strategies
  13. Capability to research and identify new opportunities within the affiliate marketing realm
  14. Experience managing budgets and liaising effectively with key stakeholders

Salary Range: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience
