Senior Enterprise Account Manager - AI Tech Startup
c£85k + OTE + Equity
Hybrid, London 1 day a week + Global Travel 30% of the year
The high-growth DeepTech AI startup is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior Account Manager who possesses a passion for cutting-edge AI technology and has the ability to navigate the complexities of B2B Enterprise.
In this role, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping, building and leading the account management/customer success team, to maximise relationships and revenue.
The Role:
As the inaugural Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, driving upsells and cross-sells, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the post-sales cycle.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide clients with valuable insights, analytics, and product opportunities is key, all while maintaining a positive and engaging rapport.
In time you will also hire and build a team, around you.
About You:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Enterprise Account Management within SaaS
- Min 1+ years of experience working within a Tech startup
- 2+ years of experience within the Retail Sector/RetailTech (desirable)
- Experience selling AI/ML SaaS products is a bonus
- Proficiency in Pipedrive or comparable CRM
- A proactive attitude with a passion for problem-solving
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and navigate complex stakeholder environments
- Willingness to travel globally 30% of the year
- Must embrace a fast-paced startup environment and be comfortable with ambiguity and change
