MacGregor Black is currently partnering with an established Food Manufacturing business, on the search for a Workday Manager. This is a permanent role based in London.
As the Workday Manager , you and your team provide advanced support, guidance, and solutions for all Workday-related matters for the Global business.
The role entails delivering expert assistance to users, serving as the escalation point for unresolved Tier 1 issues, and optimising the Global People system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer advice, guidance, and issue resolution support to Regional Super Users.
- Deliver end-user training, communication materials, and support for BAU and Workday-related changes.
- Enhance Workday efficiency and lead internal projects in line with our Workday Roadmap.
- Act as an expert for specific business processes and functional areas.
- Gather system requirements from business stakeholders, assess impacts across the global system landscape, and manage enhancements to completion.
- Analyse business report requirements by conducting information-gathering sessions, understanding business needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
- Lead and support global Workday process excellence initiatives.
- Test all future Workday releases.
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Over 3 years of experience within the Workday Ecosystem.
- Expert technical knowledge of Workday in a live, BAU environment.
- Strong configuration skills.
- Specialised in one or more areas of Workday, such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Security, Business Process, or Reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable:
- Experience in a global setting.
- Workday Certification.
- Previous experience within an HR function outside of HRIS.
