About the role
We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic individual join our team as a Clean Energy Experts to perform high quality home surveys with a “WOW” customer experience. You'll be selling renewable energy heating systems, as a fully trained Clean Energy Expert.
The role is based in your region, and there will be expectation for in-day travel to meet customer demand. The role is Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, however you will need flexibility for weekend and out-of-hours work to meet customer demand.
Clean Energy Experts working for Aira can progress to Team Leader & Manager roles, as well as any other position within Aira. We will encourage you to engage with internal development opportunities, and always think about your current role in the context of your future career within Aira.
What you'll be doing
Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other amazing green tech.
Representing Aira and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits, always being polite, professional and knowledgeable.
Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy, accurate, and engaged advice to help customers make the right decision for their individual situation.
What we would like you to have
We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however you'll need you to have the following:
A passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
A keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand, and find a solution to our customer's problems.
Full UK Driving License.
It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential. A personal professional network of customers or potential customers interested in Clean Heating and Renewable Energy would also be beneficial. To make Clean Energy Heating a reality for as many people as possible, we encourage you to generate your own leads.
Salary and Commission
The role of Clean Energy Expert at Aira has a Guaranteed Salary of £30,000 plus uncapped commission.
Commission is earnt on Sales of Heat Pumps, Solar, EV Chargers & other Green Tech.
Average forecast sales = c£50,000 P/A
Above Average sales = >£60,000 P/A Uncapped
Full commission structure to be shared upon joining Aira.
