About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Regional Director to lead our Renewable Energy business in the EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving regional sales, profitability, and gross margin growth through successful leadership, organizational plans, and outstanding project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Regional Sales: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve budgeted targets, focusing on the renewable energy sector.
  • Lead Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key clients, and close new consulting engagements.
  • Manage Consulting Engagements: Oversee the delivery of consulting projects in the renewable energy sector, ensuring high-quality work products and effective use of resources.
  • Assemble and Lead Project Teams: Build and manage project teams to deliver client engagements, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
  • Manage Regional Business: Analyze sales data, manage cost of sales, and assess regional financial results to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to Thought Leadership: Develop and share knowledge on renewable energy market trends, best practices, and industry insights.
  • Formulate Company Strategy: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement company strategy for targeting market segments and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure Key Reporting: Provide timely and accurate management reporting on sales, contracts, and project costs.

Management Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in environmental sciences, engineering, renewable energy technology, or related discipline.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in the Renewable/Wind/Offshore Wind energy business, with a track record of successful business origination and project delivery.
  • Skills: Excellent business development and client service experience, proficiency with standard industry software tools.
