My client in Witney is currently in need of a Technical Administrator due to expansion. My client is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator, with a proven history, who can work as part of the existing Administrative team supporting Clients, Paraplanners and Financial Planners. This is a varied and interesting role that sits within the back-office function of the business to provide administrative support and liaise with clients of the firm. Ideally suited to someone with knowledge of the financial services industry, in particular those with recent experience working in administration within a financial planning practice. Key aspects of the role will include:

  • Maintenance of the back-office system to include compliance and fact find documentation
  • Communication with clients
  • Execution of client instructions, contract notes and policy documents
  • Assisting fellow team members when needed and where there is capacity to do so
  • Effective communication with product providers to track business through to completion
  • Contacting third party providers
  • Those with experience of Investment wrap platforms and Intelligent Office would have an advantage
  • The role will be office based.
About you:
  • This role will only be suitable for a Financial Administrator with at least 3+ years of experience.
  • Those with experience of Investment wrap platforms and Intelligent Office would have an advantage
  • Study support is available if you are studying or wish to study toward CII Diploma (DipPFS or DipFA)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Great organisational skills and time management
  • Flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
