Remote - London & South Based

Passionate about sales? Excited at the prospect of growing your own sales portfolio and being rewarded for your efforts? We are looking for a Sales Executive who will join an industry leading sales representation company, representing one of the biggest travel brands in the world.  
 
We are looking for someone who is driven by nurturing business relationships, looking for opportunities to grow revenue and helping our travel partners to become top performers. The perfect candidate will be tenacious about growing their accounts through mostly face-to-face interactions with sales visits, product demonstrations, partner events, tradeshows, and exhibitions. There may also be a need for telesales and webinars. We are looking for someone who will be keen to ensure our travel partners are supported and will therefore work closely with our customer support teams to help drive strong results. 

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to develop strategies to grow their portfolio whilst being offered a huge amount of support and training from a nurturing company and team. They will be provided with the tools and the data to help lead them to success. They will be sales driven, analytical and with an appetite to learn and support a team.
 
Discover The World is an innovative sales representation company who are passionate about sales, our people and travel. We take great brands into travel trade global communities through exciting local and regional strategies. The ideal candidate will help us set and implement these strategies and will be a partner to one of the biggest brands in the travel industry. Regional & National travel will be required with intermittent visits to our London office.
 
Good sales skills and the ability to translate benefits into the partner’s business language to prove value.
· Ability to effectively communicate and to form strong business relationships face to face and remotely; Ability to identify travel agent partners with strong fit and which have the opportunity for long term growth.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· CRM skills, preferably Salesforce
· Team player who is willing to share ideas, bring a positive attitude and can be flexible when needed.

At least 2 years’ sales experience, ideally related to the travel industry
