~ To lead the Governance processes those are agreed in the Coventry Migrant Resilience and Well-Being Service.
~ To provide a culturally and gender appropriate service, with the use of mental health trained interpreters
~ To oversee the training placements for different professionals within Migrant Resilience and Well-Being Service.
